They are the worst glass repair shop on the planet. I dropped my 22 VW Jetta off there at 7am to have the glass repaired, they did not touch the car till 1pm (my vehicle app tells me when the car has been opened) and then didn’t start the recalibrating process until 4:15 pm. Mind you they close at 5. They had the entire day to do the car then had the nerve to say the recalibration on VW takes awhile. Then why start at 4:15pm if the car was dropped off at 7am?! I asked the receptionist let me know when the car was ready a hour before so I could get there as I work far away. No one let me know anything, I left early from work and was still made to wait till 5:30pm to get my car. The worst customer service imaginable. This is the second bad experience I have had with them as the day before on Monday they instructed their tech to do my glass even though they couldn’t recalibrate on site and I would have to come to office. Thank God the tech Diego, was honest and did not do the work and damage my car. They also used a cheap after market glass and did not advise me they were not using OEM parts. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Dont take your car to safelite location at West Park. The technician cracked my rear view mirror in the process and refused to accept responsibility for the damage. the windshield was not properly aligned which left a big gap at the bottom. New Windshield was scratched in the process. They did a terrible and very sloppy job.

Setting up appointment initially not a problem. Then, they showed up with a broken replacement window. The tech was very pleasant and honest and in speaking with the office they were supposed to come out the next morning. The next day nobody showed and I called and was told they were actually coming the next day. The next day nobody showed and I called and was advised that someone had canceled my appointment. Two days later and three mornings off from work, a new tech arrived named Dave. He was again very nice and did a nice repair. The window looks great. Overall, the company and its people are good and you really have very little options for windshield repair anyway. They handled the insurance well ,so far. The windshield looks great. The field people were nice and professional. Customer service on the phone needs to improve.

EXCELLENT service! Jacob was GREAT!! He kept in touch during the AM, so I would know when he would arrive. He was skilled, professional & cheerful. He replaced my windshield with great attention to detail. He was accurate in his estimate of the amount of time it would take. This was a great experience, which isn’t common in South Florida… definitely recommend.

Outstanding service! Jacob and his partner were exceptional from the first communication to the completion of the work. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and replaced my windshield quickly and professionally right at my home while I worked. The new windshield looks fantastic. They even replaced the wipers, wiped down the car, and cleaned up all debris before leaving. Jacob was a wonderful representative of the company—highly recommend!
